How are the prices calculated?
From the same rate card the trip builder uses: hotel, ferry, transfer and activity rates from our supplier data and the published market rates on our cost index, plus a stated service fee and 5% GST. Nothing is a round guess.
Do you book the ferries between islands?
Yes. Private catamaran seats are booked in your name at operator fare and sequenced against your flight timings. If weather cancels a sailing we re-plan the day rather than leaving you at the jetty.
What happens if the weather disrupts an activity?
Water sports and some ferries are cancelled by operators when the sea is rough. Anything cancelled and refunded to us is refunded to you; we substitute an alternative on the same day where one exists.
How much do I pay upfront?
Payment is staged against confirmations, not collected in full at enquiry. You get a secure payment link and a GST invoice for each stage.
Can I add flights?
Yes. Flights are excluded by default so you can compare fares yourself, but we will quote and book them if you prefer a single invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms follow the hotel, ferry and activity suppliers on your specific booking, and every quotation states them in writing before you pay. Our booking and cancellation policy page explains how the stages work.
