Tell us your origin city, dates, budget and pace — you get a costed Port Blair–Havelock–Neil plan you can share with your group.
A six-night family plan that actually holds
- Day 1 — Arrive Port Blair, hotel, Corbyn's Cove, Cellular Jail Light & Sound show
- Day 2 — Morning ferry to Havelock (calmest sailing of the day), resort, Radhanagar sunset
- Day 3 — Elephant Beach: glass-bottom boat and shallow snorkelling for the kids, sea walk for the adults
- Day 4 — Kalapathar at first light, free afternoon at the resort pool
- Day 5 — Ferry to Neil, Natural Bridge at low tide, Laxmanpur sunset
- Day 6 — Back to Port Blair, Ross Island, Chidiya Tapu
- Day 7 — Morning departure
What we change for families
- Only morning ferry sectors — afternoon seas are rougher and sea-sickness ruins the next day too
- Interconnecting or triple rooms confirmed in writing, not 'extra mattress on request'
- Private vehicles sized for the group, so nobody waits at a jetty in the sun
- Activity picks by age: glass-bottom boat and snorkelling under supervision instead of a discover-scuba the child will refuse at the ladder
Where family packages usually leak money
- Child pricing quoted without saying whether it includes a bed, ferry seat and activity share
- Government ferry seats sold as 'ferry included', then upgraded at your cost when they do not clear
- Peak-season Havelock resorts held on 'tentative' status until final payment

Frequently asked questions
How much does an Andaman family package cost for four people?
For six nights on two rooms, budget roughly ₹1.2 lakh at comfort tier and ₹1.8 lakh at premium for the land arrangements, plus return airfare of about ₹12,000–₹22,000 per person depending on your city and how early you book.
Is the Andaman ferry safe for young children and elders?
Yes on the private catamarans in the morning sailings — they are air-conditioned, reserved-seat and take about 90 minutes to Havelock. We avoid afternoon sectors, when the swell picks up, and we keep sea-sickness tablets in the transfer vehicle.
How many days should a family plan for the Andamans?
Six nights. Five works if you skip Neil Island, but with children the extra day absorbs a missed ferry or a tired morning without collapsing the plan.
What activities can children do in the Andamans?
Glass-bottom boat rides, shallow snorkelling with an instructor, kayaking in the mangroves and the Elephant Beach shallows all work from about age six. Discover-scuba is usually offered from age ten, and the Light & Sound show at Cellular Jail is fine for all ages.
Do you offer child discounts?
Yes, and we show it as its own line: what the child costs on the ferry, in the room and on each activity. If a quote gives you one 'child rate' with no breakdown, ask what it excludes.
