Why the departure city changes the package

An Andaman package starts with the flight bank into Port Blair. Early arrivals may connect to an inter-island ferry on the same day, while later flights usually require a Port Blair night first. That single difference changes the hotel sequence, transfer cost and the number of usable hours on Havelock or Neil Island.
