Three formats that work
- 3 nights, Port Blair only — best for 100+ headcount and tight budgets; full conference capacity, no ferry risk
- 4 nights, Port Blair + Havelock — the standard team outing; one business day, one beach day, one gala night
- 5 nights, Port Blair + Havelock + Neil — for leadership retreats and incentive groups where pace matters more than cost
Team activities we actually run
- Beach-based team building — raft build, treasure trail, tug of war on Radhanagar or Kalapathar
- Water sports blocks at Elephant Beach: snorkelling, sea walk, jet ski, banana boat, rotated in batches
- Discover scuba for first-timers with a certified partner centre, run in small waves so nobody waits three hours
- Gala night with a live band or DJ, beach setup, themed dinner and an awards segment
- Sunrise trek at Mount Harriet for smaller leadership groups
Headcount is the real constraint
Havelock's resort inventory is limited and the government and private ferries have fixed seat blocks. Groups above roughly 120 either split across two resorts or base themselves in Port Blair with a day sailing. We tell you which bucket you are in before you commit to dates, not after.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum group size for an Andaman team outing?
We run team outings from 20 people upward. Below that, a customised holiday itinerary with a dedicated coordinator usually costs less than a corporate structure, because meeting rooms and gala setups have fixed costs that do not scale down.
How many days do you need for an Andaman team outing?
Three nights if you stay in Port Blair, four nights if you want Havelock. Anything shorter means the arrival and departure flight days consume most of the trip, since Port Blair operates daytime flights only.
What is the best time of year for a corporate trip to the Andamans?
October to May has the most settled sea conditions and the most reliable ferry operations. June to September is monsoon — rates drop sharply and it can be an excellent value window, but ferry cancellations are more likely so the itinerary needs slack built in.
Can you handle vegetarian, Jain and other dietary requirements?
Yes, and we pass them in writing to the resort F&B manager and to every off-site meal, with named counters at buffets. Send the breakdown with your headcount and it appears in the proposal rather than being sorted out on arrival.
Do you provide a GST invoice and a single point of contact?
Yes. Every corporate engagement gets a GST invoice, a named coordinator before the trip and an on-ground coordinator who travels with the group throughout.
